T trains are boston commuter trains. no, none at all in vermont.

amtrak has service in vermont. not directly from boston however, you have to transfer trains somewhere.

depends where in vermont are you going? there are 2 amtrak routes.

check amtrak.com or call 1.800.872.7245.

You'd have better luck using the bus. Individual cities in Vermont (like Burlington) are too small to justify a subway or train, and Vermont itself is too spread out. There is just not the population density. Those who are not able to drive (no license or no vehicle) end up taking the bus - either a major coach or one of the small local area buses.

Vermont really does not offer commuters much for public transportation. T-trains do not exist. Amtrak makes one run a day from St. Albans to New York City that is it.

Public bus service is available to those in and around the Burlington area and they've recently expanded to areas along the interstate, but it involves two runs a day and if your commute does not match with their pick up or drop off times, you're stuck.
